The Diamond Process
This is a process to discover hidden energies and dynamics that underlay the surface energies, to determine what needs to be addressed, looked at and understood so as to “see” the true whole picture.
Often, we are focused on where we want to be, but are often unwilling to accept where we truly are. In order to truly move forward in a productive fashion we must be fully willing to accept where we are, and the consequences of holding onto this position. It is from this new vantage point, the present, that we are truly empowered, thus having the ability to make clear rational, productive decisions and create realistic action plans.
In this creative process we begin to see where the previous dynamics are holding us back and from this NEW place, create goals and define clear desires and avenues forward!
This is also where we begin to look at the corporate culture you have developed and see if it is in alignment with your desires and goals. If it is, great! If not, we begin to look where the culture of the company needs to augment in order to come into alignment with the goals and desires that are being created for your organization to have the success it deserves. This is where we begin to create a resonance with the core energy new beliefs and values of the company with the desired goals and success path of your organization. This is very interactive and requires individuals who choose to engage to create the new space to move forward. It proves to be very empowering for all concerned.
This is where we fill in the holes of the game, within the individuals and the organization. It is at this point we stabilize the individuals and the group through coherent and concrete practices to insure the success and evolution to the next level.
At this stage of the process we begin to look and see if the “key” elements for success on all levels from the TOP down are being met. This stage can consist of individual coaching of key individuals who are holding the vision and drive for the organization. In most cases a certain number of individuals from various departments will be coached and partnered with to be brought into a vibrational resonance with the core purpose, for integrity and goals that have been set forth in the earlier process. This aspect of the training can continue for as long as needed in order for those key personal to have the support they need in order to hold the organizations core values and goals with a clear and strong resonance.
Now that clear goals have been identified, and, key players have been brought into the mix, what are the individual and shared Intentions that are being created and held by all.
Intentions are important. Intentions are not the same as goals, however intentions can help us realize our goals. Intentions are best served when they come from a deep desire within the individual for something that has personal meaning and passion for the individual. This is often overlooked within most organizations. Often, the premise is that the organization has an intention and everyone must follow that path. Within this aspect of the process, the individual is encouraged to find THEIR passion within the overall goals of the company. This is where the organization begins to truly utilize the power of their most important resource, Human Resources. When a Human Being feels their deepest passions are being meet you have an unstoppable force that has the ability to create worlds and success beyond anything you’ve seen before. This will be one of the main “key” factors that will determine the success of companies in the future. This is the way of the future and it is here now!
Now you have all of your key pieces in place. It is now time to conceive an action plan to mobilize all that we’ve done to bring us to this point. Goals have been set, culture has been created, Intentions, collective and Individually had been created, key players are getting the support they need from Individual and Collective Coaching.
An action plan at this point should show up with ease and clarity. Action plans differ from organization to organization. One method will be to create a strategy map. Your organization will have a unique and individual method that is suited to you and your people.
