Having a special knack for working with creative, entrepreneurial types, helping in the development of businesses and business ideas, I would be excited to partner with you in the development of new or existing business ideas, strategies, etc. Having started and grown several businesses myself, including my very successful coaching/consulting practice, as well as guiding others in multimillion dollars businesses, I bring the practice of discernment and vibrational atunement to all endeavers, practically guaranteeing success for all involved.
I use the word WORK, as a way of describing our session together, be it a one to one or with a group of business partners, it all falls under this heading. Work is something we do together and the outcome is to find a resolution to the problem or challenge you are facing at this time.
Spiritual counselling is a progressive form of counselling which treats the whole person. With a spiritual focus at its core, the client expands their inner perspective of their problems outwards towards an all-encompassing birds eye view of themselves as responsible creators manifesting their own lives.

Spiritual counselling addresses the feelings, needs of the heart and soul. It incorporates the spiritual aspect in relation to your problems, and helps you awaken to and connect with your own existing inner strength and wisdom. Our own inner wisdom is where we can find clarity, peace and a larger perspective - the perspective from your souls point of view, and this is where we discover our place within the divine purpose.
Dynamic Awareness, Resolution and Transformation (DART)
A powerful and fun process consisting of individuals “standing for” and “interacting with each other” from predetermined energies. Working under a consciously crafted intention statement, archetypal energies are chosen by the Facilitator and/or the group and assigned to individuals participating in the process. Energies can include those components such as departments, projects and customers as well as energies such as mission, purpose and perspective.
Through this exploration, previously unknown energies and their relationships to each other are discovered and answers, resolution and transformation can occur around previously known and unknown issues that could be plaguing individuals, departments and entire organizations.
This cutting edge holistic interaction is designed to engage the intangible energies at work in your organization, opening new gateways to defeat energies of confusion, stagnation and gridlock.
Spiritual counselling can help point out where we have been operating from a limiting self belief systems through our attitudes and ingrained emotional patterns, and how these can play out in our lives in the form of dramas. Opening up to the awareness of our role in our painful dramas is not about judging ourselves, only acknowledgement and honest acceptance of “what is”. This awareness immediately empowers us to make the necessary changes in attitude and beliefs.
Defining, Initiating and Implementing Conscious Corporate Culture
Organizational employees thrive when they are in alignment with the culture of the organization. And frequently that culture or lifestyle within the corporation has been created and exists with little or no consciousness. The social, spiritual and bio-dynamic structure(s) of an organization, through which individuals relate to each other, can be created consciously and can function as an environment in which your organization and the individuals within that organization can thrive.
I do not put myself forth as “counsellor” in the traditionally accepted sense of the word. My qualifications are not in the area of traditional psychology or psychiatry. My passion is to awaken and guide those who are burdened with problems to see the ”pearl in their oyster” from a spiritual perspective and will only work with those who are prepared to open up to releasing old attitudes and ways of being that no longer serve them, and who are willing to take steps in finding a new direction and meaning in their life by reconnecting with the richness and true power of their spirit. The result is self-empowerment and a joy-filled life.
Championing the Cause
Organizational Leaders and Leadership Teams don’t always have an individual championing their cause. While they’re doing that for everyone else within their organization, they can be the ones most in need of allowing themselves to receive that kind of support. It can’t be over emphasized how important it is to provide your executive leaders with the support of someone from outside the organization to be their champion.
Organizational Healing
By engaging your organization as a living, breathing entity, corporate energy is scanned to see where healing and wholeness needs to occur, identifying areas of stagnancy and bringing flow, healing and wholeness to those areas. Individuals within the organization can be coached in this practice, as well. These sessions can be done in person or long distance.
John will enter into an unwritten contract with you to be with you until a satisfactory outcome is reached. You can build upon what you need. It can be just one session or longer, in person or groups (family, couples, business) or by phone, whatever feels appropriate by mutual agreement.

Individual coaching sessions support each individual in finding and choosing to align with their Source energy that flows to and through them.
